அணைத்து இடங்களிலும் முகக்கவசம் கட்டாயம் மற்றும் அணைத்து இடங்களிலும் கிருமிநாசினி வைக்கவும் அரசாணை பிறப்பிக்கவேண்டும் undefined முடிந்த அளவுக்கு ஒரு அலுவளுகத்துக்கு செல்வதற்கு இணையதளத்தில் முன் அனுமதி பெறவேண்டும் என்றும். முடிந்த அளவுக்கு சேவைகளை பொது சேவை மையத்தின் கீழ் கொண்டுவந்து மக்கள் நடமாட்டத்தை குறைக்க குறைக்க வேண்டும் இவாறு செய்யும் பொது சமூக இடைவெளியும் கடைபிடிக்க படும் வேலை வாய்ப்பும் பெருகும் இதனை அரசு கருத்தில் கொள்ளவேண்டும்
