‘TNeGA Digi Volunteers’ is a pioneering initiative of TNeGA. TNeGA Digi Volunteers is for people who are passionate about technology and would like to contribute to Digital Transformation in Governance.

The mission of the TNeGA Digi Volunteers group is ‘Helping people through Technology’, by bridging the Digital Divide. The main objectives of Digi Volunteers are: To create awareness on various online services / initiatives of TNeGA, to promote e-Governance and to empower citizens through technology.

1. VoiceBot to be deployed for all the services, so that services will reach the rural citizens quickly.
2. Turn Around Time for each service in TNeGA portal must be transparent and known to all citizens. So that executors won't delay in processing the online applications. @TNeGA commissioner.
